  • Start bubble+txt.png

Any council project that directly involves the public should value their opinions. You can do this by pre-emptive consultation.

  • Consult bubble+txt.png

Talking to your residents early about possible projects will allow varied ideas and views to be taken on board while planning a project. This will save time and money

  • How big a scope should you choose to survey your residents? Any resident aged 13 and over can join Parley so we have the ability to target different age groups and areas of your council.

  • With Parley we can drill down to just one small area which means a project that is localised will get just local opinions from those it will benefit.

  • For larger projects that will affect all the residents of your council Parley can reach a bigger audience directly through our database of interested citizens.

    Entire bubble+txt.png
  • This is where the public debate council projects or ideas and council staff can give feedback and interact directly with residents.  You may want to correct misinformation, ask for more details about an idea or throw different ideas out there for discussion.  Councillors, Managers and Team Leaders from different departments can engage directly with residents about specific projects.  It's like a large community hall meeting where everyone is heard and opinions are shared.

    Feedback bubble+txt.png
  • We've developed a great consultation tool that will help you answer specific questions you need.  You can also use this for gathering feedback and official consultation targeting surveys to stakeholders.

    Survey bubble+txt.png
  • You can download reports from our consultation surveys, including feedback from affected residents, age and culture demographics and localised areas of opinion.

    Collate button+txt.png
  • Parley can email survey results to our database of residents.

    Publish bubble+txt.png
  • An engaged community working hand in hand with their council means a much happier and vibrant place to live.
